Meg was born in Sioux City, Iowa. Her husband’s job has taken her many places, but luckily now she calls New Orleans her home. “Nola till ya die,” she says. Meg has been an athlete her entire life. She played soccer at the collegiate level and she loves to run. After tearing her ACL, running became hard on Meg’s knees and she discovered the lower-impact world of cycling. She had no idea that cycling would take her to a greater level of fitness that she didn’t know existed. Meg now has over 5 years of teaching indoor cycling and also stays active with circuit training and casual runs around Audubon park.
Through bass-dropping beats, and positive energy, Meg enjoys encouraging riders to new limits. The playlist is the push and she works hard to provide the perfect tunes to pound out the RPMS.
