“Happiness is not the belief that we don't need to change; it's the realization that we can.”


A native New Orleanian, Kathryn discovered her passion for fitness while attending the University of Texas At Austin earning her BS in Advertising. She began her journey as a trail runner and now for nearly 20 years Kathryn has taught indoor cycling as well as other group fitness classes. She says, “I’ve completed countless half marathons, figure competitions, marathons, triathlons, but cycling has my heart and my focus.”

Kathryn brings her experience and fiery energy to each and every class she teaches. Her classes are extremely challenging, dynamic, and fun while still accessible to all fitness levels. She encourages each rider to accept where they are on their fitness journey and to always strive to “level up” either physically or mentally. She is motivated by her love of all genres of music from EDM to hip-hop and rock-n-roll.

Kathryn is a fitness leader, athlete, business professional, but above all she is a wife and a mother to 4 year old triplets.
